Our engineering department plays a vital role in ensuring your switchboard is designed to client specifications, ASB certifications & delivered within schedule & budget to our workshop floor for manufacturing. Along with our shop drawings, our engineers are skilled in providing Discrimination & Cascading studies, Design Verification Reports & Ventilation/Temp Rise Calculation reports.

Our Sheet Metal Manufacturing facility operates over two shifts daily to ensure no delays to our customers. Once engineering has been completed, the job package is handed to the workshop floor for sheet metal fabrication. This can take as little as one week to complete & be ready for the electrical fit out. Our fully automated CNC machinery operates within tolerances of +-1mm, we can offer materials of galvanised steel, stainless steel & aluminium with material gauges from 1.2mm to 3mm.

Within the electrical fit out facility, we have capabilities to manufacture & complete more than 150 switchboards per month.

To help save time, Aussie Switchboards have the capabilities of fully automated CNC machinery for copper bus bar fabrication – producing bus bars within tolerances of +-2mm.
